Sprouts--- Store fourth Manager is a key member of our CORE four team --- the store leadership team. The Store fourth Manager primarily manages the front-end operations but is also responsible for a global approach of the whole store, and fills in for the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Store third Manager in their absence. The Store fourth Manager plans and prepares work schedules, supervises Teammates , and ensures compliance with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices.
