Stonebrook Apartments is a 172 unit community located in South Tyler. Check out our FANTASTIC community at www.stonebrook-apartments.com JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and manage maintenance techs and vendors in a high energy working atmosphere. Additional duties include repairing and maintaining HVAC units, mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • EPA certification Type I, II or Universal • Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation • Previous supervisory background of at least three maintenance techs • Expertise to manage and schedule vendor work • Computer/ordering background required (Yardi preferred) • Must be able to work rotating weekends and after hours emergency calls
