Cooker Operator - (Lake Norden, SD)

Agropur is currently hiring for Cooker Operator in our Lake Norden facility Essential job functions include: Safe operation, sanitation, and maintenance of cooker and related equipment. Makes all necessary process and sanitation connections for efficient product manufacturing. Monitors the complete process for efficient and quality cheese making. Manufactures cheese blocks to conform with customers specifications and expectations. Keeps the area in a clean and sanitary fashion. Must be willing to learn and understand the chemistry of Italian cheese. Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements. Must perform all jobs in a safe and efficient manner. Follows procedure and work instructions set forth through SOP's and Master Sanitation Schedules. Secondary Functions include the following: Performs other duties as assigned.
