Customer Service Representative - (Santa Fe, NM)

SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative would be responsible for providing ability and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers. Direct phone - based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. The CSR (Customer Service Representative) would be responsible for answering customer queries, originating by email and telephone. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Answer phone calls and log the call in an on-line tracking tool for each call -Must be extremely detail-oriented -Ability to listen effectively -Ability to analyze member issues -Provide excellent customer service -Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner, following policies and procedures. -Provide timely and accurate details to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. -Performs other related duties and assignments as required REQUIREMENTS: -Availability to work various shifts -three years of Customer Service Required -Logical analytical skills -Typing, at min, 35 words per minute.
