Our cheerful, helpful Customer Care Representatives provide professional service to incoming customer calls and and in-person interactions. This is a full-time position with hours of Monday Friday, 9:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m., and occasional Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00 pm. The following skills and background are preferred: Two or more years of background in a customer service capacity Good communication and organization skills Expertise to problem solve Demonstrated professionalism Expertise to work with multiple info to create custom solutions for customers Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications AAS degree in sales, customer service, or a related position is a plus
