Location: DFW Intl Apt (DFW-TRML) Additional Locations: None Requisition ID:15048 Position overview A Customer Service Manager, Airport Workforce, is responsible for ensuring that we have adequate agent and fleet service clerk staffing so that the DFW operation successfully meets our target daily performance and financial goals. Duties and Responsibilities Resolve operational staffing problems during tour of duty including assigning extra hours or when possible release employees early Work in operation during peak or irregular periods; nights, midnights, weekends, holidays Spend majority of time interacting with employees Use cross-functional teams to generate and implement quality improvement ideas Knowledge of agent and fleet service clerk work rules to conduct coaching/counseling sessions when agents/fleet service clerks do not follow appropriate procedures related to manning assignments Document employee performance using Peak Performance through Commitment (PPC) Encourage employee teamwork to
