OverviewAssists the General Supervisor in the efficient operation of the locations.Requirements Expertise to demonstrate knowledge of the park and its procedures, specifically the Food and Beverage Division. Non-park supervisory/managerial background and/or Park Food services background as a line associate preferred. Financial management experience desired. Management expertise, communication abilities and excellent math skills. Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Expertise to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. Expertise to pass a background investigation, if eighteen years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. Responsibilities Train, direct, evaluate, and discipline staff with appropriate documentation.
