Supervisor, Information Technology Services - Life/Health Strategic Pr - (Hills, MN)

This position will be assigned to work out of our Southern Office in the Atlanta, GA area (Alpharetta) or our Central Office in the Minneapolis, MN area (Arden Hills). COUNTRY is seeking a Supervisor, Life/Health Strategic Projects for our Financial Security Organization (FSO). This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional team which documents qualifications, develops, tests, and deploys strategic software projects that support our business partners. In this role, you will work together with our business partners and other areas within ITS to ensure successful delivery of software. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing staff, as well as communicating with various levels of leadership. Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises the work activities of the Life/Health Strategic Projects Team within our FSO Organization. Sets specific measurable objectives related to corporate vision and strategies. Monitors employee progress and provides feedback on an ongoing basis.
