Database Marketing Team Lead (C13) Position overview: Database Marketing Team Lead is a people manager position. As Team Lead, this individual will manage a wide variety of functions supporting databases, list processing, (existing card members or acquisitions) across multiple delivery channels (e.g. direct mail, internet, telemarketing, credit card statements) and functional specialties (marketing, risk, analytics) within the Retail Partner Cards/Marketing Operations organization. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of SQL/SAS programmers who develop, maintain and execute programs to select the appropriate customers for marketing campaigns for a variety of Retail Partner Card portfolios. In this role, the individual will leverage in-depth knowledge of various database marketing functional specialties and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the Marketing Operations team.
