SharePoint Architect/Analyst/Developer - (Waukegan, IL)

RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain, support and develop company-wide SharePoint On-line sites and applications for various processes and within all departments * Work collaboratively across the organization to identify and resolve systems issues, and lead development of new systems to upgrade business process and operating systems, optimize resources, and help grow the company * Review and analyze the effectiveness and compatibility of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems * Field help desk tickets to resolve application and software issues within servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems * Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications * Support various implementations, including a new ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Salesforce CRM system SUMMARY
