Professions: Senior Facility Manager - San Francisco, California - (San Francisco, CA)

What you'll be doing The Senior Facility Manager is a highly collaborative role responsible for all company maintenance related programs. Chief among these is the preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure in our retail stores, home office and roasting plant. These duties include preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, calibration, training, safety, CMMS, and maintenance related vendor management programs, and maintenance of cafe food and beverage processing and storage equipment. Facility infrastructure includes mechanical, electrical, fire / life safety, plumbing, HVAC, waste management and other facilities services. This position will also provide input to the Retail Store Development Team and may oversee contractors engaged for smaller facility renovation projects.
