Service Coordinator, Crisis Position: Service Coordinator, Crisis Stabilization Center Department: Crisis Services Status: Day/Evenings Shift/Hours: Generally Monday-Friday, every other weekend Job summary: Provides discharge planning services, psychosocial evaluation, counseling, and support to clients admitted to the Crisis Program. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human services from an approved educational program. Two Years working with persons with chronic mental illness. Effective communication, teamwork, and expertise to complete electronic charting. Valid Iowa Driver's License and expertise to obtain Chauffer's license within 1 month of employment.
