PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Legal Counsel will monitor legislative and administrative activities in key issue areas and circulate periodic updates, participate in panel discussions, and conduct internal and external presentations to keep business units and clients informed and engaged in the regulatory and legislative process.
