At Bello Machre, our Residential Direct Care employees provide loving care for 4 adults with developmental disabilities who live in 1 of our many homes throughout Anne Arundel and Carroll Counties. In addition to providing support and loving care, our employees help the people we serve to learn independent living skills, plan activities in the home and community, and implement individual program plans. We have opportunities for both part time and full time positions in our Taneytown location. We have weekday evenings, weekend day hours and weekend manager positions (starting at $13.00 per hour for a weekend live-in position Fri 7p-Sun 7p). ***Hiring Bonus Now Available*** $250 hiring bonus now available for weekend positions. Eligible applicants must be at least eighteen years old and must have a high-school diploma/GED and a current driver---s license with a good driving history for the last 3 years. Background in the human services field is preferred.
