Professions: Engineering Technician - Waterbury, Connecticut - (Waterbury, CT)

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Technician to join our Waterbury office. The primary purpose of this position is to support this busy office in a variety of areas including but not limited to assisting in field surveys, general office work, drafting of plans, construction inspection, soil testing, assisting with dam inspections, GIS, client correspondence, and report writing. The selected applicant will work directly with project managers. The successful applicant will have a strong interest in water resources, and must be a self-starter and willing to help our team with a variety of assignments, both in the office and in the field. Background with Microsoft office is required, and background with GIS and Auto CAD is preferred, although training will be provided if other background meets our qualifications.
