Machine Repair Supervisor The Machine Repair Supervisor Responsible for directing the activities of approx 38 skilled and semi-skilled workers in the preparation of changeover related equipment and the execution of forming machine job changes and repairs. Responsibilities: Supervises performance of all forming machine job changes. Responsible for efficiency and quality of work performed by job change crews. Follows work schedules closely to ensure work is completed on timeResponsible for project assignments, including the dismantling and assembling of machinery on scheduled maintenance intervals and breakdownsMaintains adequate supply of job change parts to include all process change equipment. Anticipates changeover equipment and repair parts requirements.
