BS/BA in Chemistry or equivalent or equivalent gained industrial experience. Must have the expertise to work unaided and with others, team oriented. Experience with industrial coating formulations on such substrates as, metal, concrete, plastic and other. 5 -ten years of experience creating formulations Experience and experience in statistical experimental design and analysis (DoE); Stage Gate, experience a plus. Must have strong communication abilities, including presentation skills to deal with internal and external customers.
