Quality Analyst Lead - (Rocky Mount, NC)

Position OverviewPosition will function as a Lead for a group of Analysts that conduct testing of Originations functions and controls, providing training, guidance, sign-off of testing reports, and re-testing of selected reviews. This role will also perform higher-level operational risk testing within the Business Performance Management (BPM) team, to include notification and set-up of specific controls and/or processes, conduct review of procedures and perform process walk-throughs, build or revise testing strategies, execute testing, and complete draft and final reports. Other tasks include interaction with BPM Team Leads and business Operating Groups (OG's), attendance in applicable project/OG calls, and providing assistance in audits or regulatory examinations. A sound knowledge of Retail/Consumer Lending origination and/or servicing is required, as well as familiarity of the systems used in those areas. Solid communications skills are key.
