As a(n) Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's TCoE-SST organization, you will be based in Strongsville OH. The perfect applicant will have background with backend/front end testing of CRM, ERP and cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of SQL and ETL testing is needed as well as functional, performance, automation and user acceptance testing background. Data modeling and HR Systems background is desired but not required. Job Profile Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s). Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
