Prevention Education Coordinator Job DescriptionJob Title:Prevention Education CoordinatorTribal Department: Health ClinicJob Summary: This position provides prevention education and nicotine replacement program leadership, supports the development of new programming, and provides counseling and support to clients quitting smoking. This position provides services to all enrolled Native Americans in our CHSDA and to non-natives seeking tobacco cessastion support while living in Snohomish County Washington. This role collaborates with other departments, disciplines, and agencies in an effort to support the autonomy, culture, health needs, and self-care of the client and family.Compensation: $55,723 - $56,576 annuallyEducation:Bachelors Degree in chemical dependency, community health, public administration, public health, human services, or related position requiredValid and current Certification as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS)
