(Web) Application Support Specialist - (Glenwood, MN)

The primary purpose of this position is to create new and maintain existing eCommerce web-application sites ensuring expectations are met for new catalog/site creation and service level agreements (SLA s) are met for catalog/site maintenance. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Building customer eCommerce sites as defined in project definition (CORE) system. Maintaining and updating existing customer eCommerce sites based on requests received from on-line request system within SLAs. Adding/updating items, customers, locations in ERP (Peoplesoft) system and synchronizing this details into the eCommerce system. Perform these site build/update activities, with guidance as needed including the following tasks: Setting up customers & locations Setting up items and products Vendor email notification setup Logo & embroidery configuration Mallfront layouts User access, privileges & approvals.
