Help Desk Analyst - (North Canton, OH)
Our client in Canton, OH area is looking for a Help Desk Analyst. The Help Desk Analyst will run reports via proprietary application (training provided), identify system issues, create and route help desk tickets to support desk and/or resolve issue (as directed by management), perform ticket closure on resolved issues/tickets. - Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job - Expertise to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conslusions - Expertise to follow a variety of technical instructions - knowledgeable with Microsoft products - good knowledge of Excel - Strong troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and people skills - Must be PC proficient with current understanding of various software applications and online systems
