General Labor - (Fort Payne, AL)

No experience in a warehouse but interested in working in one? Randstad is recruiting general labor/packaging positions for a large distribution center in Fort Payne, AL. No prior warehouse/distribution center experience is required. These packaging positions are long term, with the potential to go permanent. Pay level is $9.75 per hour There are periods throughout the year with LOTS of overtime! Environment is clean and mostly climate controlled! There are multiple shifts available: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm and 4:30pm-3:00am Thursday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm and 4:30pm-3:00am Picker/Packer assignments include, but not limited to: - Sort, recoup, pack, mark, and label materials. Check or count freight for accuracy - Basic Level PC skills required - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and expertise to adjust focus - Ensure all packages are inspected for proper labeling and packaging - Pack and seal orders in appropriate packaging
