Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryThis is a Construction Project Manager position within J&J's Medical Support Division. Project workload will vary depending on the complexity, size, and criticalness of the projects. Typically, we assign 2 Project Managers to collaborate closely and provide all supervisory and management functions for multiple concurrent projects. For small projects, 1 Project Manager may run the project by themselves. For larger, more complex projects, each Project Manager may fulfill a specific responsibility on a project. Typically, each Project Manager has the required background to fill the contract roles for a superintendent, a quality control manager, and a safety officer. Work will be in a mostly medical environment. Most projects will occur in occupied and active facilities, making construction barriers and infection control barriers critical.
