Provide direction to the team with position assignments that will focus on meeting the timing needs of the priority schedule through optimization of personnel, samples testing, equipment, and supplies. • Monitor rotation/team performance . Set expectations and objectives for team. • Manages team by communicating job expectations; and monitoring staffing efficiencies (triangle audits that verify accuracy of testing completed), SOS reviews. • Prioritize testing qualifications. • Execution of lab calibration schedule.
