Production Supervisor - 3rd shift - (South Bend, IN)

Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for third shift. Will supervise and coordinate activities of Machine Operators on their assigned shifts. Must have working understanding of plastic injection molding and processes. * Schedule: Monday-Friday, third shift: 12am-8am Hours may vary, over-time as needed Duties and Responsibilities - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies, applicable laws and safety regulations. - Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work flow. - Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. *Maintains time and production records. - Interprets job orders to workers and assign duties. - Will supervise about 10-12 employees in Production. - Confers with other supervisors on opposite shifts to keep work flow streamlined. Min Requirements - Manage work force in most efficient way by assigning operators to machines based on skills and knowledge.
