Manager, Contract Brands & Marketing - (McLean, VA)

The Manager, Contract Brands and Marketing will be responsible for providing daily legal support for Hilton's business in the areas of marketing, loyalty, brand operations, corporate social responsibility and other areas as needed. This position will provide support to include legal advice and direction as to compliance with laws and regulations as well as contractual matters. What will I be doing? The Manager, Contract Brands and Marketing will provide legal support under the direction of Counsel, Global Brands to business partners in the areas of marketing, loyalty, brand operations and corporate social responsibility. This position may be required to support other business areas as needed. The Manager, Contract Brands & Marketing will be responsible for the following: * Perform critical analysis of business proposals and transactions with respect to risk to the company * Possess the ability to clearly understand, analyze, draft and negotiate contracts * Manage outside counsel where needed
