Buyers Agent / Real Estate Sales - (Everett, WA)

Do you LOVE talking to people on the phone, then meeting them and helping them find the home of their dreams? If so, we want to talk to you! Our team is a small, but powerful group of professionals who take our clients home buying and selling background to a whole new level. You need to have a TON of energy for this position, love talking on the phone, know the language of sales, and have a consultative approach to sales vs a pushy or sleazy sales persona. We have tons of leads, and need more AMAZING agents to help take care of our clients and make home ownership a reality for them. Responsibilities: • Make 200+ calls per week to your leads • Set 8+ appointments for yourself per week • Leverage your sphere and convert them to business • Sell 30-50 homes a year Requirements: • Current Real Estate License • Fast paced • You do NOT need to be a veteran real estate agent, we like newer agents that do not have bad habits or attitudes • Open weekend availability
