Tactical Radio Instructor with Security Clearance - (Jacksonville, NC)

Overview: The Tactical Radio Instructor will provide formal instruction for established courses, New Equipment Training (NET), Sustainment Training for the Communications Training Centers (CTC's) Responsibilities: â?¢ Present lesson plans to meet rapid short-term training requirements and refresher training for Marine Corps Tactical Radio equipment to include SINCGARs, EPLRS, IISR, MBR and THHR; â?¢ Maintain the knowledge and skill set necessary to install, operate and maintain Marine Corps radio communications networks, and satellite radio systems; â?¢ Conduct training in accordance with the Marine Corps System Approach to Training (SAT) Manual; â?¢ Provide hands-on time (practical application) training for Marines to practice individual skills prior to testing; â?¢ Assist in the curriculum development process; â?¢ Participate in and provide feedback during CTC staff meetings and planning sessions; â?¢ Complete an After Instruction Report (AIR) per the SAT Manual at the conclusion of
