High Property Management is seeking a motivated sales person to join our leasing team as an active leasing agent for all units throughout Cedar Rapids, Marion and Tiffin, IA.Position duties Include:Showing & leasing residential apartment unitsProcessing applicationsMarketing available unitsProperty inspections and weekly/monthly reportingQualified applicants must have a High-school degree and at least 2 yrs property managerial experience or outside sales. Possess advanced computer proficiency, be digitally fluent, and be self-motivated. Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.Benefits include health, dental, vision and paid holidays.
