C&W Services is currently seeking candidates who are qualified for the following position: Position title: Facilities Director Division: Maintenance Operations (hard services) Reports To: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Full time, Exempt Job Summery: The Facilities Director manages the maintenance operations and infrastructure of a higher education campus by overseeing the formation and distribution of Work Orders (service, repair and preventive maintenance) to all trades and ensuring their timely completion and adherence to quality standards. The perfect candidate will be able to identify and direct maintenance efforts towards immediate needs projects by utilizing both in-house and contracted resources, and will also assist in fiscal planning to regulate site efficiency.
