Production Shift Leader - 2nd shift - (Luxemburg, WI)

Plastics Corp. has been a leader in sustainable plastics technology since 1968 when our founder, Irvin Vincent, 1st began exploring the possibility of recycled plastic. We manufacture both plastic containers and plastic lumber. We are hiring an individual to work full-time as a Shift Leader in our plastic lumber division. This position is on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for leading teammates in a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing. The role plans and assigns work, implements guidelines, processes, and/or policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and work conditions.
