The Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring all clinical nursing staff.The Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit will collaborate with the Infection control committee as well as the Quality Coordinator to ensure best practices and patient satisfaction.
