Responsible for developing, structuring, and resource allocation of the Order Engineering Department so as to optimize the processing of customer orders in the min amount of time, consistent with market needs and organizational capacity. Manages and guides engineering personnel in the execution of custom engineered orders to insure the end product conforms to customer and industry qualifications and Schneider Electric standards of quality.
