Nursing Director Quality Compliance A new Senior Nursing Leadership role is now available for a Nursing Director Quality Compliance in Eastern Texas. This Nurse Director Quality Compliance will be responsible for the Regulatory Compliance for the Hospital Organization and Medical Staff Services Office.The Nurse Director Quality will be the expert on Joint Commission Regulatory standards and will be able to identify areas in the hospital and Medical Staff Office that require additional work to meet Joint Commission regulations. The Quality Nurse Director will work frequently with other Nursing Department Leaders and Executive Hospital Leadership to ensure hospital wide standards are met.The Nursing Director Compliance will be a Nursing Leader for a 300+ bed acute care hospital that provides excellent care to the community including Emergency, Advanced Surgeries, and a variety of different specialties.
