Food Service Culinary Supervisor - 2018 - (Charlotte, NC)

Overview Researches, evaluates and assists in selecting raw ingredients, supplies and equipment as needed to support food service operations. Monitors product handling and usage. Seeks and/or develops new products for the Park. Requirements Demonstrated culinary/food preparation experience or educational equivalent for commercial food service establishment. Demonstrated Food Service experience or educational equivalent to include institutional food service experience, including knowledge of food production, sanitation, supervision and accounting. Strong management expertise. Strong communication expertise, especially for dealing with the public. Excellent planning skills. Entry level typing skills. Valid driver's license. Previous supervisory/management background is required. Must be able to complete Food and Beverage training and pass SafeServ. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
