If so I invite you to learn more: This position provides GIS programming and analysis skills to deliver GIS details to office and field staff in the traditional and to be developed mobile platforms. Supporting the mission and vision of the department through the effective management and strategic planning of a 15,000-mile roadway network serving state trust lands, including planning, design, permits, construction, maintenance, and abandonment of roadway segments, bridges and other drainage structures. Manages the State Lands proprietary transportation program (Transport) for the agency, which includes maintenance, updating, region coordination, continuing management of the road easement in GIS (Regis) project, and writing programs for a routed SDE Enterprise Geodatabase.
