Maintenance Team Leader - (Glasgow, KY)

Major Responsibilities Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies Ensure daily pre-shift inspections are completed and conduct planned inspection audits on each shift Routinely make visual inspections of emergency evacuation routes correcting any safety concerns immediately Within 24 hours of an accident/incident complete accident investigations identifying root cause and corrective action Conduct weekly safety talks in pre-shift meetings and ensure teammates sign safety training roster. Maintain open communication and provide continued support to other departments regarding any changes, problems, or special projects Ensure operator safety devices function properly Coordinate and assign job responsibility for teammates Achieve 1st time quality and efficiency to meet production qualifications Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
