Training Coordinator - (Addison, IL)

The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Addison, IL office as a Training Coordinator. The position can be full or part-time. This position is perfect for those who enjoy organization and efficiency improvements, as well as those who thrive on managing multiple tasks, while developing and implementing a curriculum for training that can be replicated on a consistent basis. Duties Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for company training, including helping develop curriculum and best practices for training implementation, including an SOP.
