This Lead Hardware Engineering position in the Electronics Warfare Mechanical Design organization will be responsible for the successful execution of Electronic Warfare Programs which may include multiple integrated product development teams. The primary focus will be on disciplined project execution for hardware development and production support. Additional assignments include: Working closely with technical leads and 1st line managers (FLM) to ensure technical, schedule and cost accountability is achieved with all teammates. Coordinating with FLMs to identify and ensure staffing needs are met. Providing timely and accurate projections of Earned Value metrics.
