DESCRIPTION This is a second shift position with start times at 3:00 pm and working eight to 10 hours per day. Sanitation personnel are rotated between the cooking area and packaging area to clean all production equipment, packaging equipment and cooking room. This is a Union environment. EOE M/F/Vets/Disabled DUTIES Remove packaging machine scales and vibrating conveyors to clean using air hoses and wipe-alls; carries out all trash and runs recyclable cardboard baler machine safely and correctly; cleans all dirt and debris from floor and machines; scrubs catwalk using soap solution; pipes oil through filters and into storage tanks, wipes out fryers with water hose; sprays equipment with and washes tanks; pulls out seasoner and low level feeder and cleans; boils out fryer using caustic; refills oil.
