Evansville, IN Salary: $60K-$80K No Relocation benefits Available Responsibilities: The Production Supervisor position is located in Evansville, IN, and reports into the Production Manager. This is plant within the Meat division and has around 130 employees, union facility and runs 24/7. This is a flex shift position, with twelve hour shifts ranging from 6:00am - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 6:00am with occasional weekends. The Production Supervisor is responsible for: Leading production staff, up to 30, to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner. Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve and sustain results. Leads teammates by managing and executing plant processes.
