Shift Supervisor/Industrial - Zanesville, Ohio - JOB 440-18-00021 Compensation range: $50K - $60K Permanent Position with Benefits. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Zanesville Area Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor should have experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. They will manage the shift and direct the employees to ensure all targets and deadlines are met. Plan and assign work based upon operational requirements. REQUIREMENTS High-school certificate or GED required. (Associated Degree a plus) three five years' manufacturing supervision requirements required (Industrial experience preferred) Must be proficient with Ms office (Microsoft excel required) Required to work off shifts (evenings & weekends) Must be detailed oriented and have exceptional management skills. Must have strong problem-solving skills Project Management skills
