InMotion Hosting is looking for a talented Senior User Background Researcher who has strong foundations in the study of human mind and usability. In this position, you will serve as an internal customer advocate responsible for analyzing, identifying, and driving ongoing improvements to the customer background and usability across all customer touch points and brands.
