Supplier Quality Engineer Staff with Security Clearance - (Fort Worth, TX)

This position is part of the LM Aero Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team, and reports to the Aero Command Center Operations Asc. Mgr. This position is for an Advanced Quality Engineer Lead working various SQM initiatives to drive the supply base to Zero Defects. The AQ Lead this position will assist in shaping the engagement and support strategies around Advanced Quality/Technical Specialists team and the SQM organization, as well as integrating the AQ team activities with the Aeronautics Command Center Operations. As a member of the AQ Team, the applicant will partially function as a technical advisor within SQM teams across the product lifecycle of multiple programs, technology domains, and multiple organizations to assure compliance to policies and quality/engineering requirements. Responsible and accountable for initiating effective methods and improvements that drive down defects, improve field SQE competencies, drive standardization and collaborate effectively with various functions and leaders.
