Professions: Analyst, Marketing and Insights - Encino, California - (Encino, CA)

The Marketing and Insights Analyst position is a critical role that provides key analytics, forecasting and reporting to drive improved results for Answer's Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Sales functions. This role will collaborate together with the Director of Direct Marketing to help shape business strategy by providing insightful and actionable analytics, leveraging multiple data sources across all marketing channels including Strategic Partners, affiliates, PPC/SEO, and 3rd party lead providers. Responsibilities: Collaborate together with the Marketing, Strategic Partnership and Sales teams to create and execute learning agendas, develop hypotheses, convey insights and recommended actions. Develop benchmarks and critical performance indicators, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) through dashboards.
