Job title:Production Operator Job description:You will be working in a union shop environment and reports directly the supervisor. This is a continuous shift position. After you have completed your training on 1st shift, you will be assigned to a shift depending on the needs of the business. Job Description:---Sets up, operates and performs routine maintenance on the continuous melting and baking furnaces and associated equipment.--- Loads and unloads furnaces and transports material as required. ---Inspects and segregates product as instructed. ---Keeps accurate production and quality records. ---Assists in furnace repairs.---Trains and assists others. ---Participates on 5S events and keeps work area clean and orderly.---Follows safe work practices and emergency procedures.---Does other work as required.---Sets up, operates and performs routine maintenance on the continuous melting and baking furnaces and associated equipment.--- Loads and unloads furnaces and transports material as required.
