Job DescriptionBottcher America, a leading print roller manufacturer is seeking a "Quality & Compliance Engineer Manager" in our Belcamp, Maryland Facility. Perfect applicant should be able to do the following: Establish, maintain and continuously improve our company's Quality Management System and processes to meet ISO 9001. Support the internal audit program, perform internal audits, document audit findings, drive the resolution of issues found during internal audits, and report audit findings to management. Support the development, implementation and improvement of the document management system and ensures compliance. Facilitate and support issue solving efforts in manufacturing and support organizations. Analyze data as basis for continues improvement activities. Support Engineering with the implementation of adequate process control systems including the development of related documentation. Assist with the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents.
