Our Health Benefits Company has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representative. The most important responsibility of this position is to triages all incoming calls from clients, provide our plans and enroll them in the plan they need, provide training and instruction to employees. Required functions: -Take New Client calls and entering the details using proper spelling, grammar and punctuation -Professionally answers incoming calls from clients - Administer training -Document phone conversations in our system -Perform other clerical tasks Requirements: -High-school diploma required ? college is a plus -One (1) year customer service background required. Any college field-related courses may be substituted for the required experience.
