Halifax Health is seeking an Office LPN for Children's Medical Center. Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Position assignments include carrying out selected procedures, administration of medications, and treatments requiring understanding and technical expertise in accordance with Halifax Health's policies for job related education and background. Job Requirements Currently licensed or eligible for LPN licensure in State of Florida. Graduation from an approved School of Nursing in a course of training for Licensed Practical Nurses. Professionalism in interpersonal communication expertise with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians and ancillary department personnel. Additional certification required for LPN I and LPN II responsibilities.
